		<description>Agreed.  They constantly hear negatives throughout their day and recognizing... then &#039;reinforcing the positives&#039; makes for a happier household.

One example that I practice with my family to help &quot;reinforce the positive&quot; is to have a dedicated &quot;Accomplishment Wall&quot;.  It is right in our living room that directly faces our Dining Room (which is convenient for a conversation starter at dinner).  This wall is covered with the WHOLE family&#039;s accomplishments! Including report cards, drawings, awards, medals, notes from teachers (email&#039;s from boss), etc.

Every year, before school starts we (usually my daughter and I as my son doesn&#039;t really care much for arts and crafts) create a poster board that has a theme that we want to focus on for the year.  The first year was &quot;I can do it&quot; the next was &quot;Never Say Never&quot;.

It wont be in Atlanta Homes magazine, but hopefully, it will be imprinted on their hearts and minds and eventually recycle the idea into their future, with their kids.</description>
